number one: quitting smoking
number one: quitting smoking something that i've done since coming home from japan that i'm proud of: i quit smoking. i smoked in japan because in japan, everyone smokes. and i had a stressful job and a stressful life and i was drinking at least 3 nights a week, and everyone knows that, if you are a smoker, when you drink, you must smoke. but i quit when i came home. and it means, in part, that 15 of those 20 extra pounds i gained in japan have stuck around. but you know what? that's okay for now.
